Datalab work should be respectful, voluntary, safe, and useful.

Respect people

Use inclusive language, respect boundaries, and never pressure someone to participate or disclose private information.

Capture with consent

Record only in approved environments. Every identifiable participant must understand the task and independently agree before recording begins.

Coach safely

Give specific, private, constructive feedback. Do not expose another contributor's work, identity, or dispute in public channels.

Report concerns

Stop unsafe capture immediately and use the support path for prohibited content, coercion, harassment, or privacy concerns.
